The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a particular emphasis on baking techniques and mixing methods. This role involves creating a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, cupcakes, brownies, macarons, meringues, pavlovas, frostings, etc. while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
