  • Purim FAQ's

    ORDERS:
    All Purim orders must be submitted via the website. Please note, items are available as is, there are no changes or customization available- such as flavor choices or color changes.

    Orders will be shipped/ delivered the week of Purim. If you need your order by a specific time, please contact us after placing your order.

    CANCELLATIONS:
    Due to the large volume of orders during this busy season, there are NO cancellations or changes after your order has been placed. There are ZERO exceptions, even if it's immediately after. Please make sure to look over your order carefully before submitting it. This policy is in place to make sure we can accommodate the demand, and avoid any confusion. It applies to COVID based cancellations as well.

    SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
    If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you must submit a seperate order for each shipment. We cannot adjust the addresses once the order has been placed.

    Be sure to choose the correct method of shipment at checkout. Due to their fragile nature, hand-delivery only items CANNOT be shipped and you will be billed the difference in price before your order is delivered, or your order will be automatically canceled.

    All shipping orders are sent via UPS and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note, UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates and will not be offering refunds for late shipments due to COVID-19.

    Before submitting your order, double check the accuracy of your addresses. Incorrect addresses may cause your order to be undeliverable, or billed extra for a re-delivery attempt. There will be no refunds if your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

    DEADLINE:
    Order deadline for shipping orders is Friday 2/19. Orders placed after that date may be delivered after Purim.

  • Are all your products certified Kosher?

    Yes, all our products are certified Kosher under the supervision of KCL of Lakewood, NJ

  • Are your products nut free?

    All products are noted nut or nut free, however we are NOT a nut free facility and items may contain traces of nuts.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    All orders are final, so make sure everything looks correct before you checkout. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Zest Bakeshop does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges.

  • What time should I expect my delivery to arrive?

    Delivery schedules vary. Please contact us after your order has been place with your order number for more information.

  • Can I place a custom order?

    Definitely! Custom orders are our specialty. Please contact us for more information on how to proceed with custom orders.

  • What happens if my order arrives late via shipping?

    Unfortunately UPS will not confirm shipping times (even overnight) and will not refund any shipping rates if your package is delayed, due to COVID19. After we fulfill and ship your package, it is beyond our control as to when it arrives.
