Yes, all our products are certified Kosher under the supervision of KCL of Lakewood, NJ

Are your products nut free?
All products are noted nut or nut free, however we are NOT a nut free facility and items may contain traces of nuts.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final, so make sure everything looks correct before you checkout. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Zest Bakeshop does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges.

What time should I expect my delivery to arrive?
Delivery schedules vary. Please contact us after your order has been place with your order number for more information.

Can I place a custom order?
Definitely! Custom orders are our specialty. Please contact us for more information on how to proceed with custom orders.

What happens if my order doesn't show up or shows up late after I chose the shipping option at checkout?
Unfortunately, USPS, UPS and Fedex are not confirming shipping times (even overnight) and will not refund any shipping rates if your package is delayed, due to COVID19. After we fulfill and ship your package, it is beyond our control as to when it arrives.
