Are your products nut free?
All products are noted if they do contain nuts or nut free. However we are NOT a nut free facility and items may contain traces of nuts.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We delivery directly to your door within the tri-state area. If your zip code does not generate an availibity at checkout, please contact us to see if we can accomodate your delivery area.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
All orders placed before Wednesday 12 am will be delivered on that upcoming Friday between 10 am and 5 pm. If you need your delivery any other day, please contact us before placing your order for more information.
Can I get my order shipped?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once orders are placed they are sent directly to scheduling and production! All orders are FINAL, so make sure everything looks correct before you checkout. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Zest Bakeshop does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges.
I am making a special event. Can I place a custom order?
Definitely! Custom orders are our specialty. Please contact us for more information on how to proceed with custom orders.
What happens if my order arrives late via shipping?
Unfortunately UPS will not confirm shipping times (even overnight) and will not refund any shipping rates if your package is delayed, due to COVID-19. After we fulfill and ship your package, it is beyond our control as to when it arrives.
